INJURY UPDATES: QPR Confirm key Player Setback As Regular Starter Ruled Out For Leeds United clash

QPR make the trip up to West Yorkshire this evening to take on Leeds United, but will be without defender Morgan Fox due to injury.

Leeds’ Championship season is in need of really kicking into top gear with the top two in the division threatening to steamroll as things stand.

A home outing against a side sitting in the bottom three could be just the tonic for Daniel Farke and his side following defeat to Southampt  on last time out

QPR team news
Gareth Ainsworth comes to Elland Road tonight forced into at least one change in defence with Morgan Fox ruled out for this evening.

He was forced off after just five minutes in their defeat to Coventry City at the weekend with injury, having started every league game so far this season, as Ainsworth said this (via the YEP):

“We have got some good options if Morgan is unavailable and we will go from there. I was gutted to see him come off as he played a big factor in the game. We need to make sure we look after Morgan and get him back as quick as we can.”

They are boosted by the return of centre-back Jimmy Dunne, though, with midfielder Jack Colback also returning following a three-match suspension.

Leeds United v QPR predictions?

Fox missing out is a big blow for Ainsworth, given that his side have been very solid defensively away from home recently.

They are still a side that we should be looking to beat no matter who they line up with, but this is a worry for them.

Having Colback available in midfield is a boost, though, and he’s a very solid operator at this level in the Championship.
