Kelly Stafford, the wife of Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, expressed her displeasure with Blueface following his recent appearance at SoFi Stadium. However, the 26-year-old rapper responded defiantly.
The situation unfolded last weekend when the Pittsburgh Steelers were in Southern California. Blueface had bought a suite for the game and decided to invite a group of exotic dancers, commonly known as strippers.
Blueface shared a video of his sideline antics on Instagram, which showed him showering money on four women who were twerking without pants.
This angered Mrs. Stafford, and she didn’t hold back her criticism. She revealed that her daughter had seen the video from Blueface’s sideline suite and used her ‘The Morning After’ podcast to publicly condemn the twerking incident, delivering a passionate rant.
In response, Blueface showed no remorse. He fired back at Kelly, referring to her as ‘Karen,’ and made a valid point. He argued that he had paid for the suite, and as the owner of the space, he had the right to dictate its use. Regarding the viral video, he noted that there’s plenty of equally or more inappropriate content easily accessible on the internet.
While it might be common for Blueface to have strippers around, it’s not a standard practice for most people. Twerking on the sidelines of a nationally-televised football game is generally considered inappropriate.
However, given the multitude of inappropriate content available online, this incident could have been much worse. Blueface emphasized that he had purchased the suite, asserting his authority over its activities. If what occurred violated stadium rules, it was the responsibility of the stadium staff to intervene, which they didn’t. So, in the end, Kelly’s concerns, although valid, were met with Blueface’s unwavering stance.
