Roberts was supposed to start against his old team, Leeds United, on August 12 after training all week. However, he sustained a new injury on the eve of the game. Roberts has had some difficulties and has been out for almost three months.

Alfie Chang

Injury: Knee (ACL – sustained August 22)

Under former manager John Eustace, the midfielder was a mainstay in Blues’ matchday lineups, providing backup to the midfield duo of Krystian Bielik and Ivan Sunjic. Chang is already exercising in the gym at the Blues training facility after undergoing surgery to repair his damaged ACL.
