The 76ers delivered an outstanding offensive performance in their game against the Wizards, securing an impressive 148-126 victory. Joel Embiid unquestionably stole the spotlight, contributing 48 points, 11 rebounds, and 6 assists in just 31 minutes on the court.
It’s worth noting that had Embiid played a few more minutes, he could have easily surpassed the 50-point mark, but ultimately, he prioritized doing what was necessary for the team’s success over padding his individual statistics.
Following his dominant performance against the Wizards, Embiid’s season averages now stand at 32.5 points, 11.0 rebounds, and 6.2 assists per game for the 76ers.
