The Miami Dolphins return to action in Week 11 after a devastating loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in Germany — and Tyreek Hill has a message for supporters.
“Fin nation, don’t give up yet, man,” Hill said during the off week on his podcast. “It’s just a minor setback.” We all go through it, and I can assure you that this year’s team is built for hardship.”

“It’s going to be a beautiful thing,” he said, urging fans to “stay strong for us [and] keep cheering us on” after the bye.

Breakout Rookie RB De’Von Achane Could Return as Dolphins Face Raiders in Week 11
The Dolphins offense was largely shut down by a quick Chiefs defense, but they were without one of their most dangerous weapons.
That, of course, was rookie running back De’Von Achane, who was nearing the end of a four-week injury absence. Achane returned to practice on November 13 after the Dolphins extended his activation window by 21 days.
However, according to head coach Mike McDaniel’s November 13 press conference, Achane will not require all 21 days.
“There wasn’t any tearing,” McDaniel said of Achane’s injury. “It was more [of a] sprain-type injury.”
The Dolphins’ head coach noted that while the rookie has been able to play with a brace on his knee in recent weeks, he “didn’t really envision [Achane] as [a player] who would really flourish with a brace.”
“We probably, a little, erred on the side of caution with that,” McDaniel admitted. He will not confirm Achane’s return against the Las Vegas Raiders out of principle, but based on this explanation, it appears likely that the ball-carrier will be back sooner rather than later.
Dolphins WRs Tyreek Hill & Jaylen Waddle Used Bye Week to Rehabilitate Their Bodies
Hill and fellow wide receiver Jaylen Waddle also expressed gratitude for the bye week.
“I feel great,” said Hill on his podcast. “Gonna be able to use this downtime to be able to get my body back [and] my mental sharpened up.”
Similarly, Waddle told reporters that “the bye came at a good time for his body to rejuvenate” — according to Miami Herald beat writer Daniel Oyefusi.
“Waddle has faced numerous injuries in the first half of the season,” Oyefusi explained, and the same holds true for Hill.
These lingering issues often go unnoticed by fans in the context of football. Quarterbacks contend with them week after week, playmakers endure hits, and swift players like Hill and Waddle occasionally need to rest their legs.
Considering the demands of travel, the bye week was undoubtedly essential for Miami. Looking ahead, the focus shifts to the upcoming match against the Raiders.
Expressing anticipation for the post-bye showdown, Hill shared on his podcast, “We’re really looking forward to playing against the Raiders after this bye week. It’s going to be a real good game, so, excited for it, man.”
Hill also mentioned his excitement about observing Davante Adams, emphasizing, “A lot of people don’t know [this], but when there are good wide receivers on another team, I make sure to watch the other receiver’s film. I watch his releases, how he catches the ball, and his subtle movements, just to see if I can add that into my game.”
Concluding with enthusiasm, Hill stated, “It’s going to be fun. It’s going to be an awesome game, a home game.”
