‘Huge blow’ West Brom player set to miss Ipswich clash due to damaged ankle ligaments as comfirmed by expert

Following the international break, the Baggies will play Ipswich Town at the Hawthorns on Saturday, November 25. According to the injury expert, medics will increase the intensity of training and make a choice based on how he responds to ensure he’s fit to return. Brar, a specialist in Physical Therapy and Sports Scientist, told West Brom News exclusively about Dike’s injury:

“Considering how long he was out for, this would be a very methodical return to play.”The timing is impossible to predict because it is entirely dependent on how he reacts to greater intensity.

“Being out with damaged ankle ligaments since September is a pretty serious injury and I don’t see him available next weekend.”

Maja has been out with ankle ligament damage since September, when he was injured against Bristol City.

The 24-year-old has struggled since joining the Hawthorns this summer and has yet to make an impression on Carlos Corberan.

He’s played five games in the league but has only 91 minutes of playing time, with all of his outings coming off the bench.
