Kelce, who currently plays for the Kansas City Chiefs, received a FaceTime call from MGK, who proposed a tempting package to lure him to the Cleveland Browns, MGK’s favorite team. The offer included a $500,000 cash incentive upon arrival, a matching donation to both high schools attended by the Kelce brothers, daily breakfast and coffee deliveries from MGK’s restaurant, and the added bonus of beats being made in the Browns’ locker room each day.
Travis Kelce acknowledged the allure of returning to his hometown team, expressing that playing for the Browns was an original dream. However, he also highlighted the favorable situation he currently enjoys in Kansas City, playing alongside an exceptional quarterback and being part of a perennial contender. Despite the enticing offer, Kelce reassured Chiefs fans that he is committed to the team, emphasizing his love for playing in the “Chiefs Kingdom.” Additionally, Kelce is under contract with the Chiefs for two more seasons, having signed a four-year, $57.25 million extension in 2020. Ultimately, it seems that, despite MGK’s efforts, Chiefs fans can remain confident in retaining their star tight end.
