NBA experienced star name Miami Heat as his top trade destination

“Bulls’ Standout Identifies Preferred Trade Locations
DeMar DeRozan is not actively seeking a trade from the Chicago Bulls, but in the event that one materializes, he has specified his desired destinations.

Like many prominent players in the league, DeRozan has found himself entangled in trade speculations involving the Miami Heat. During the offseason, the Heat aggressively pursued Damian Lillard but ultimately refrained from significant roster changes, opting for minor additions. Although they maintain a mid-tier offensive performance, DeRozan could serve as a crucial additional playmaker alongside Jimmy Butler, especially in the absence of Tyler Herro.

The New York Knicks have also been part of trade talks involving several star players, including Donovan Mitchell, without finalizing any transactions. Despite DeRozan being on an expiring contract, he aligns with Knicks general manager Scott Perry’s objective of acquiring a player capable of generating more offense both individually and for the team.

Possessing four first-round picks next summer, the Knicks could potentially outbid other teams for DeRozan, even though the protected picks from struggling teams like the Detroit Pistons and Washington Wizards may not convey.

Another contender in the mix is the Los Angeles Lakers, a team DeRozan initially believed he would join in the 2021-22 season before they acquired Russell Westbrook instead.

While DeRozan is not explicitly demanding a trade, expressing his preferred destinations suggests that his tenure with the Chicago Bulls may be approaching its conclusion.”
