Bills Update: Just In Buffalo Bills confirm another top super star now injured

Buffalo Bills defensive end A.J. Epenesa made an impactful start in Sunday’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs, intercepting a pass from quarterback Patrick Mahomes. However, following the turnover, Epenesa was initially listed as questionable to return. He briefly came out of the medical tent with his helmet but did not return to the field. The Bills’ PR team later announced that Epenesa had been cleared to return, but he ultimately remained on the sideline. After Buffalo’s offense scored a touchdown, Epenesa was listed as doubtful to return, signaling uncertainty about his availability for the rest of the game.

Epenesa, aged 25, has been a valuable contributor to the Bills’ defense this season, accumulating 19 combined tackles, 6.5 sacks, 7 passes defensed, 1 interception (with a second in the recent game), 1 touchdown, 1 forced fumble, and 1 fumble recovery in the first 12 games. His ability to make impactful plays, such as interceptions, adds depth to the Bills’ defensive efforts. The team will closely monitor his status as the game progresses, and his potential absence could impact the defensive rotation and strategies employed against the Chiefs.
