The Green Bay Packers have ruled out one of their key defenders for Monday Night Football against the New York Giants.
Several starters for the Packers were injured in Week 14. On Saturday, the Packers had to rule out wide receiver Christian Watson. Linebacker Quay Walker was designated as questionable by the Packers.

The Green Bay Packers rule out Jaire Alexander
Due to a back issue, Packers cornerback Jaire Alexander has been out for the majority of the season. He was limited in practice this week, but the team was unsure whether he would be able to play on Monday night. Alexander was demoted Sunday and will not play against the Giants, according to a Packers statement.
The Packers will be without their top cornerback as they prepare to face a resurgent Giants squad led by backup quarterback Tommy DeVito.
