Rams QB Matthew Stafford’s hilarious reaction to first time meeting Jake Fromm

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford had a humorous response to meeting fellow former Georgia quarterback Jake Fromm before the Washington Commanders-Los Angeles Rams game. Fromm introduced himself to Stafford, expressing admiration and mentioning that he grew up watching Stafford play. Stafford, 35 years old, jokingly referred to it as the “old man treatment,” considering the age gap between them.

Stafford, now one of the NFL’s older players, stands out among quarterbacks. Fromm, drafted in 2020, had the opportunity to watch Stafford’s rise from his college days at Georgia to becoming the No. 1 overall pick in 2009. Stafford spent 11 years with the Detroit Lions before joining the Rams in 2021, ultimately winning the Super Bowl with the team. Throughout his career, Stafford has been known for his prolific passing, totaling 55,402 yards, 354 touchdowns, and 178 interceptions, and providing entertainment on the field.
