Saints make additional roster adjustments ahead of Sunday’s match up with the Falcons Guard Tommy Kraemer and running back Jordan Mims have been elevated from the practice squad.
The New Orleans Saints announced Saturday that they are elevating guard Tommy Kraemer and running back Jordan Mims from the practice squad to Sunday’s active game roster.
Tommy Kraemer was signed by the Detroit Lions as a free agency in 2021 after playing for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in college. He came to New Orleans at the beginning of the 2023 training camp and has spent most of the season on the team’s practice squad. He was activated for two earlier games this season.
Jordan Mims originally signed with the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent in the spring from the Fresno State Bulldogs. He played with the Bills in preseason where he caught four passes for 45 yards, and had 11 carries for 47 yards and one touchdown. Mims signed with the Saints practice squad at the end of the preseason. He was activated for the October 15th game against the Houston Texans where he recorded one special teams tackle.
The Saints will take on the Atlanta Falcons Sunday at noon at home at Caesars Superdome for the last game of the 2023 regular season.
