“If Dennis Allen Stay I will leave” New Orleans Saints Top Super Star Confirm He Wants To Leave

‘It’s been real;’ Saints TE Jimmy Graham posts farewell to New Orleans
NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – Saints tight end Jimmy Graham’s one-year time in New Orleans appears to be ended.

The Pro-Bowler uploaded a photo from the cockpit of an aircraft on Wed., Jan. 10, with the remark “It’s been real NO. Thank you for all the love.”

Graham’s one-year, $1.31 million deal was a homecoming for the fan favorite, who stated he “didn’t want to play anywhere else.”

He caught six of seven passes thrown his way for 39 yards, largely in the endzone. The 36-year-old played in 13 games.

In mid-August, he was detained after officials found him roaming in the street during a “medical episode” in southern California. He missed the team’s game against the Los Angeles Charges and returned to practice the following Tuesday.

Graham also delivered some of the loudest support of back-up quarterback Jameis Winston and the offensive players who elected to run Jamaal Williams into the endzone for a late-game touchdown against rival Atlanta Falcons in the team’s final game of the year.

“Get off Jameis’ back,” Jimmy Graham posted. “This man is the best teammate I’ve ever had. Loves this city, this game, and epitomizes everything you can ask for in a leader. Was an uncommon occurrence and we all take responsibility. Nobody expected it would get blown out of proportion.”

Graham’s greatest season in New Orleans came in 2011 collecting 1,310 rec. yards, 99 catches, and 11 touchdowns.
