In 63 appearances, the experienced lefty posted a 2.83 ERA with a 51-to-30 strikeout-to-walk ratio in 54 innings worked. He was a standout member of the New York bullpen. The Yankees may have expressed the most interest in him despite the fact that he has been one of the most sought-after free-agent relievers this offseason. “Late last year, Peralta was battling a problem with his left triceps. Nevertheless, we believe they’ll find a way to resurrect the seasoned player and clubhouse mainstay.” It would be a wise move for the Yankees if they could get the 32-year-old back. He has been a bright spot for the Yankees over the past two and a half seasons, and in 2024 he might be a big asset to the team once more.
