Georgia Bulldogs mascot “Que,” also known as “UGA X,” passed away this morning at the age of ten. Que was the Bulldogs’ mascot from 2015 until 2022, during which time he witnessed the team reach record heights and win two national championships. The University of Georgia Athletics issued this statement over social media in the aftermath of Que’s demise.
“We are devastated to report that Uga X, also known as Que, passed away quietly in his sleep early this morning. Born on May 27, 2013, he began his career with a collaring ceremony at the Georgia-Georgia Southern football game on November 21, 2015. Que resigned during the 2022 season, having been the most decorated of all Bulldog mascots. He has a football record of 91-18.
