Inquiring about Dolphins RB coach Eric Studesville for the position of offensive coordinator, the Titans
Another name is added to Brian Callahan’s list of candidates for offensive coordinator interview.
According to Jeremy Fowler, Eric Studesville, the coach of the Miami Dolphins’ running backs, is being interviewed by new Tennessee Titans head coach Brian Callahan for the role of offensive coordinator. Since joining the Dolphins in 2017, Studesville has served as an assistant to three different head coaches: Mike McDaniels, Adam Gase, and Brian Flores. He is a very good coach, as evidenced by the fact that three different coaches decided to keep him.
Since 1997, Studesville has served as an NFL coach. In 2008 and 2009, he oversaw the Buffalo Bills’ run game. In 2010, he also served as the Denver Broncos’ temporary head coach. Callahan and Studesville co-coached the Broncos.
In choosing an offensive coordinator, I hope Callahan casts a broad net. The second name we have seen so far is Studesville. Nick Holz, the coordinator of the Jacksonville Jaguars’ passing game, is the other.
