According to a source, Rick Dennison, a three-time Super Bowl champion coach, will join the Saints as run game coordinator.
According to Jordan Schultz, the New Orleans Saints have appointed Rick Dennison as run game coordinator in an effort to continue filling positions on their coaching staff.
The Saints are making changes to their offensive coaching staff in response to years of consistently subpar performance. Dennison has interviewed for head coaching positions in the past and is well-liked around the league. As a head coach, Dennison has three Super Bowl victories, all with the Denver Broncos.
Dennison has worked with numerous Saints coaches in the past, most notably Klint Kubiak, the team’s new offensive coordinator.
