Through social media, two more employees formally declare their affiliation with Alabama football.
Two additional positions on Kalen DeBoer’s coaching staff at the University of Alabama have been filled.
From Nick Saban’s coaching staff, he kept Robert Gillespie and Freddie Roach, elevating them to associate head coach and assistant head coach, respectively. On social media, two additional assistants have confirmed that they are members of the Crimson Tide.
The bio on X (previously Twitter) for Jay Nunez, a former special teams analyst at Oklahoma, reads, “Special Teams Coordinator – Alabama.”
Under Coach Saban, Amy Bragg, the Director of Performance Nutrition at Alabama, helped the Crimson Tide win multiple national titles. By providing the correct nutrition and food, she made all athletes become monsters on the field.
Bragg was let go when DeBoer acquired Washington’s Ali VandenBerghe. As the new “Director of Performance Nutrition,” VandenBerghe assumes command. She got the Huskies’ players in the ideal shape to win a Pac-12 Championship and go to the College Football Playoff National Championship Game, setting them up for an incredible season in 2023.
In Tuscaloosa, Alabama, DeBoer is eager to win titles with his staff.
