Latest Saints News: Just In New Orleans Saints confirm The Signing Of Another Experienced Star

The New Orleans Saints are finalizing their offensive staff, with the latest addition being Keith Williams as the wide receivers coach. The decision is part of the significant changes made by the new offensive coordinator, Klint Kubiak. Williams, who served as the Baltimore Ravens’ wide receivers coach last season, has agreed to a two-year deal with the Saints.

Williams brings a wealth of experience, having been with the Ravens for the past three seasons. Initially, he served as a passing game specialist for two years before taking on the role of assistant wide receivers coach in 2023. During his time with the Ravens, Williams, alongside Wide Receivers Coach Greg Lewis, played a key role in developing the receiving corps, notably working with rookie Zay Flowers, who set franchise rookie records with 77 catches and 858 receiving yards.

Notably, Williams has ties to New Orleans, having previously coached wideouts at Tulane from 2012 to 2014. His extensive coaching background also includes serving as a personal wide receivers coach for several top NFL players, including Pro Bowl talents like Tyreek Hill and Davante Adams.

Recognized for his expertise and respected reputation within the league, Williams’ addition to the Saints’ coaching staff is seen as another solid move for the team’s offensive unit. The Saints appear to be making strategic hires to bolster their coaching staff and enhance their offensive capabilities.
