Saints Unveil Six New Additions to Offensive Coaching Staff for the Upcoming Season
The New Orleans Saints have officially revealed the expansion of their offensive coaching staff with six notable additions, as announced on Wednesday. While some key figures were previously known, the team confirmed the hirings and roles of each coach for the 2024 season, shedding light on the restructuring of their offensive leadership.

– Offensive Coordinator: Klint Kubiak
– Quarterbacks Coach: Andrew Janocko
– Running Backs Coach: Derrick Foster
– Wide Receivers Coach: Keith Williams
– Assistant Wide Receivers Coach: DeNarius McGhee
– Senior Offensive Assistant: Rick Dennison

Insights into the New Saints Coaching Staff:
Klint Kubiak, the Offensive Coordinator, has been joined by Andrew Janocko, formerly associated with the Bears, now taking on the role of Quarterbacks Coach. Janocko, with experience working with quarterbacks such as Justin Fields and Kirk Cousins, shares ties with Klint Kubiak from their mutual time in Minnesota.
John Benton, an extensively experienced football coach, assumes the position of Offensive Line Coach. Having previously worked with the Jets and the 49ers, Benton brings a wealth of experience in the Kyle Shanahan system.
Keith Williams, formerly an assistant wide receivers coach with the Baltimore Ravens, steps into the role of Wide Receivers Coach. Known as ‘Coach Dubb,’ Williams has a history of working with notable receivers like Tyreek Hill and Davante Adams, as well as having collaborated with Derek Carr during their time at Fresno State.
Derrick Foster, previously associated with the Chargers since 2021 and the Iowa Hawkeyes from 2018 to 2020, is appointed as the Running Backs Coach. Meanwhile, Rick Dennison, a seasoned figure with strong ties to the Kubiak family, takes on the position of Senior Offensive Assistant. Dennison held the role of Senior Offensive Advisor with the Vikings in 2021.
