Good News: Another Top Talented Star Announces Date To Visit Texas Longhorns Amid Commitment To Longhorns

Sunshine State commit Brandon Brown, a DT commit to Texas, will make his formal visit to the Longhorns this summer.

March has just arrived, but candidates for the 2025 cycle are starting to set up their formal visit dates for the upcoming summer. In addition to working relentlessly to get current commits to come to Austin, the Texas team has been hard at work arranging dates for some of its top priority targets.

The four-star defensive tackle Brandon Brown of Melbourne, Florida, Eau Gallie, was signed by the Longhorns in December, but ever since Bo Davis decided to go back to Baton Rouge, the programs have been working hard to try and flip him. After winning his early commitment, Brown is still a priority to retain in the fold, and he recently revealed that the weekend of June 14th will mark his official visit to Texas.

The video of Brown speaks for itself, as do the shows that are actively pursuing him. This summer, Brown has scheduled trips to Tennessee and USC in addition to Texas. Given the dynamics and the change at position coach, this will undoubtedly be a recruiting that takes a lot of work through the whistle.

like being said, it appears like Brown was paying attention to players like T’Vondre Sweat and Byron Murphy during the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis.
In the future, it remains to be seen if Steve Sarkisian and the Texas coaching staff will be able to retain Brown’s dedication, but for now, they undoubtedly have some pitches and angles to present to the talented young defensive tackle.
