Cornerback Onis Konanbanny of Heathwood Hall Episcopal School has confirmed an official visit with the Tennessee Volunteers. From June 21 to June 23, Konanbanny will be in Knoxville, Tennessee. The gifted defender, who is highly regarded among secondary prospects in the 2025 class, will be visiting the Vols for the third time.
In terms of prospects in the 2025 class, Konanbanny is ranked No. 296 by 247Sports’ Composite Rankings. For the two previous weekends, he has also scheduled formal visits with North Carolina and Penn State. Tim Banks, the defensive coordinator for Tennessee, paid him a visit recently at school and has done a good job of building rapport thus far.
In the 2025 cycle, the Vols have already committed two corners. French by birth, Konabanny resided in London before relocating to the US to pursue his football career. His list of potential employers has now shrunk to just ten universities: USC, Florida State, LSU, Michigan, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oregon, Penn State, Tennessee, and North Carolina.
