Ethan Utley Plans Official Visitation to Tennessee
Ethan Utley, a defensive lineman from Ensworth High School, has committed on March 28. He’ll choose between Tennessee, Syracuse, Texas, Michigan, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma, and the Vols are said to be in good standing with him. Although Utley hasn’t made a decision yet, the two parties have grown close. Utley still intends to make official visits in the summer but will commit in the spring. He made the announcement on Sunday afternoon after setting up one with the Tennessee Volunteers.
From June 13 to June 16, Utley will be on school; this is the only scheduled official visit of his career. Utley’s mother and Tennessee defensive line coach Rodney Garner have a history together, which has influenced this recruiting process from the start. This is a program worth watching because of how active the Texas Longhorns are. Utley is one of the Vols’ top prospects and they will compete for his services until March 28. The competition began when the recruiting cycle began.
