Vaughn Grissom of the Red Sox opens up about leaving the Braves.
Vaughn Grissom, the new infielder for the Red Sox, gave an update on his injuries from spring training and talked about being traded from the Braves.
With the Atlanta Braves, Vaughn Grissom was once thought to be an exciting prospect. Indeed, there were several in the MLB community who anticipated that Grissom would start the 2023 season at shortstop for Atlanta. As an alternative, Orlando Arica won the position, and Grissom started the season at Triple-A. “It’s undoubtedly an amazing chance; you always hope to succeed with the team that selects you,” Grissom remarked. However, for the vast majority of players in this competition, that isn’t always the case. All I could ask for is to be able to have a chance.

When Grissom recovers from his injury, he should have a significant influence on Boston. Grissom is definitely missed by the Braves, but they have much too much skill on their squad.
