Breaking News: Kalen DeBoer Offer Exciting updates On the status of three injured Alabama players

Three injured Alabama players’ statuses are updated by Kalen DeBoer.
Linebacker Sterling Dixon and wide receiver Germie Bernard are expected to return soon for Alabama. Defensive lineman Jehiem Oatis’s timetable is still unknown.
Coach Kalen DeBoer of Alabama indicated that wide receiver Germie Bernard and linebacker Sterling Dixon were limited during Thursday’s practice due to “minor stuff.”

At the media watching section of practice, the two were seen wearing black no-contact jerseys.

DeBoer promised that they will soon resume being full participants after practice.

He went on, “They should be back next week, but I don’t know if they’ll be back on Saturday.”

But it’s unclear when defensive lineman Jehiem Oatis will return.

Due to an unexplained ailment, the former Freshman All-SEC honoree has not yet participated in practice this spring. The damage hasn’t been described as a chronic problem, though.

Regarding a potential timeline for Oatis’ comeback, DeBoer remarked, “I think it’s still kind of relative, up in the air.”

Last season, the 320-pound, 6-foot-5 junior started three games out of thirteen. Including one tackle for a loss, he totaled 26 tackles.

On Thursday, he was seen visiting the specialists inside the indoor practice facility while dressed in shorts and a T-shirt.

On Thursday, Bernard was spotted outside with a member of the training crew while riding a stationary bike.

Before moving to Washington, the 6-foot-1, 203-pound native of Las Vegas attended Michigan State for his first year of college. The return specialist and receiver amassed 738 all-purpose yards (419 receiving yards, two touchdowns) in the previous campaign.

He went to Alabama with DeBoer in January.

Dixon attended Spanish Fort High School and enrolled early. With his size and agility, the 6-foot-3, 211-pound player has the potential to develop into a difference-maker while rushing the passer.
