Defensive back with talent lost to transfer portal for Florida State Seminoles.
In 2024, the Florida State Seminoles want to make a statement. After missing out on the College Football Playoffs the previous season, they aim to prove they can play among the best in the country. Programs are dealing with the spring transfer portal as spring practices get underway. Greedy Vance Jr., a defensive back, is leaving the Seminoles.
DB Loses for Florida State Seminoles avaricious Vance Jr.
Over the previous two seasons, Vance Jr. has shown to be a valuable member of the Seminoles. He finished 2022 with 16 total tackles, five passes defensed, and three interceptions. In 2023, he added an interception, four passes defensed, and eighteen total tackles to his resume. Vance Jr.’s decision to transfer is probably due to his desire to avoid competing for playing time in his last year of eligibility.
In the ACC, the overwhelming favorite is the Florida State Seminoles. They have a wealth of skill on the roster, despite losing a few elite players to the NFL. The toughest teams in the conference are Clemson and Louisville; there aren’t many dominant teams in the conference. They do have a regular season matchup with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, which is probably going to be their most difficult matchup. Being among the final 12 teams shouldn’t present a problem for the Seminoles because to the expanded College Football Playoff.
Is it possible for Florida State to be undefeated in 2024? In college football, nothing is promised, but they appear to be in good position to win a lot going forward.
