Done Deal: Alabama Crimson Tide Confirm Another Important Signing

4-star Legal Brief Jaedon Harmon, a 2025 recruit, has committed to Alabama.
On Sunday, Alabama football coach Kalen DeBoer and his team continued to stockpile linebacker talent in the recruiting class of 2025. Jacksonville High School’s Jaedon Harmon made a commitment to the Crimson Tide.

Harmon and Hayes Fawcett of On3 jointly shared the news on their social media platforms.
The 247Sports composite rankings grade him as a four-star talent. Harmon is ranked 177th overall and the class of 2025’s number-23 linebacker.

As a junior last season, he was included in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s all-state roster. The Wolves advanced to the AAAAA quarterfinals with an 11-2 record.

On April 3, Harmon announced his top ten schools. The list also featured Clemson, Florida State, Oklahoma, LSU, Auburn, Ohio State, Tennessee, Texas, and Ole Miss in addition to Alabama.

The 6-foot-1, 215-pound Harmon committed to Alabama’s 2025 class as the tenth player. Only one day had passed since A-Day, when three-star wide receiver Lotzeir Brooks was added to the class.

In the 2025 class, Harmon is the fourth linebacker to pledge. Along with three-stars Miles Johnson, Abduall Sanders Jr., and Luke Metz, he joins four-star prospect Darrell “Duke” Johnson.

Prior to Harmon’s Sunday pledge, the 247 Composite board had Alabama’s 2025 class rated eighth nationwide. Following his replacement of the retired Nick Saban, head coach Kalen DeBoer will be leading his first complete class in Tuscaloosa with this class.
