In addition to the Seattle Seahawks, the 49ers are among the few teams who have kept in touch with Jamal Adams, who is still a free agent, according to the Seattle Times.

Adams is a superb blitzer; in one season, he recorded 9.5 sacks. Above all, adding Adams would strengthen the 49ers pass rush, which struggled in the previous campaign.
