The Tennessee Volunteers have confirmed the departure of Kamal Hadden, one of their top defensive stars. Hadden has been drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in the sixth round of the NFL Draft.
As a standout cornerback for the Volunteers, Hadden recorded impressive stats in his senior season, achieving a career-high in interceptions and passes defended. His defensive coverage was highly rated, and he was recognized as one of the top corners in the SEC and nationally by Pro Football Focus.
Additionally, another key player, quarterback Joe Milton, has also left the Volunteers to join the New England Patriots. Milton had a notable season as a dual-threat quarterback, passing for 2,813 yards and 20 touchdowns while also rushing for 299 yards and seven touchdowns.
His strong arm and versatility made him a valuable asset, and he is expected to compete for a roster spot with the Patriots.
