### Alabama Extends Offer to Florida 2025 DL Derry Norris
Derry Norris, an athletic defensive lineman from Spruce Creek High School in Port Orange, Florida, has received an offer from Alabama football. He announced the offer on Monday via X after meeting with the Crimson Tide’s outside linebackers coach, Christian Robinson.
Norris is a highly sought-after prospect, holding over 20 offers. Some of his most notable offers in recent months include LSU, Miami, Texas, and Texas A&M.
He has scheduled official visits to Georgia Tech and Miami.
The 6-foot-4, 270-pound defensive lineman has demonstrated versatility, with experience rushing from various positions along the defensive front. He is known for his quick get-off and ability to pursue the football across the field.
Alabama currently has one commitment for the 2025 class from defensive lineman Antonio Coleman and is expected to continue strengthening their relationship with Norris.
