The Atlanta Falcons have signed offensive lineman Andrew Stueber, as announced on Tuesday. Stueber was recently waived by the New England Patriots on Monday, and the Falcons quickly picked him up. Originally drafted by the Patriots in the seventh round of the 2022 NFL Draft, Stueber spent his rookie season on the non-football injury list and his sophomore season on the practice squad.
He has yet to play in an NFL game.
In a corresponding move, the Falcons released wide receiver JaQuae Jackson, who joined the team as an undrafted free agent in 2024. Jackson, a recent addition to the Falcons’ roster, now finds himself a free agent again as the team adjusts its lineup heading into the new season.
