Dolphins Sign Second-Round Pick Patrick Paul
The Miami Dolphins have nearly completed their draft signings, announcing on Tuesday that they have signed tackle Patrick Paul, their second-round pick. Paul becomes the sixth of the Dolphins’ seven draft picks to agree to a four-year deal.
With Paul’s signing, first-round pick Chop Robinson remains the only unsigned player from this year’s draft class.
Paul, who played left tackle for Houston, started every game over the past three seasons and earned first-team All-American Athletic Conference honors each year.
The Dolphins’ starting left tackle, Terron Armstead, returns from last season, but due to his injury history, Paul might not have to wait long for his opportunity to play in Miami.
