**4-Star QB Tramell Jones Participates in Elite 11: FSU Commit Discusses Recent UF Visit**
Will Tramell Jones stick with his commitment to Florida State, or will he switch to in-state rival Florida? The Elite 11 Finals have started, drawing the nation’s top 20 quarterbacks to Los Angeles, California, for a multi-day competition to determine the final eleven premier quarterbacks.
Florida State is represented at the event by longtime quarterback commit Tramell Jones Jr. Playing his high school football at Jacksonville (Fla.) Mandarin, Jones aims to showcase his talent as one of the nation’s top quarterbacks over the next few days.
Although Jones has been committed to the Seminoles for over a year, he has not completely closed off his recruitment to other schools. Notably, he has continued to engage with one of FSU’s in-state rivals, the Florida Gators.
Jones recently visited Gainesville again to observe one of UF’s player-run practices.
