Done Deal: Just In Tennessee Titans Confirm Two Important Addition To Team

**Titans Expand Analytics Department with New Hires**

The Tennessee Titans, historically slow to adopt analytics under former general manager Jon Robinson, have significantly shifted their approach in recent years. Current general manager Ran Carthon and president of football operations Chad Brinker, who developed his own analytical model, are strong proponents of analytics.

On Thursday, the Titans further reinforced their commitment to analytics by hiring two football analysts, Erin Psajdl Davis and Alex Rogers, as reported by ESPN’s Seth Walder. Psajdl Davis brings experience as a data scientist with the Kansas City Chiefs and a stint with the Houston Texans on the football side. Rogers has interned with the NBA’s Phoenix Suns and worked as a data analyst outside of sports.

While analytics are not the ultimate answer in sports, they are a valuable tool, and the Titans’ leadership clearly recognizes their importance.
