Latest News: New York Knicks Confirm Reach Mutual Agreement To Sign Former Star

**Isaiah Hartenstein Expected to Stay with New York Knicks Amidst Trade Talks for Mitchell Robinson**

Isaiah Hartenstein is anticipated to remain with the New York Knicks as the team explores trade options for center Mitchell Robinson, according to Jake Fischer of Yahoo Sports.

With a variety of starting-caliber big men available for trade, the Knicks are in an intriguing position. Stefan Bondy of the New York Post reported that the Oklahoma City Thunder were considered a strong contender to sign Hartenstein in free agency.

The Thunder, with approximately $35 million in cap space, could potentially offer Hartenstein a more lucrative deal than the Knicks. Hartenstein, a German center, averaged 7.8 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 2.5 assists this past NBA season, shooting 63.4 percent from the field, all career highs.
