Good News: Just In Another Top Talented 5-Star Commits To Oregon Ducks Football

**Four-Star Tight End Da’Saahn Brame Commits to Oregon Ducks**

The Oregon Ducks secured their third recruit in less than 24 hours for the 2025 class with the commitment of four-star tight end Da’Saahn Brame on Friday. Standing 6-foot-6 and weighing 215 pounds, Brame chose Oregon over LSU, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, and Tennessee, following his final official visit to Eugene.

“I’ve visited Oregon five or six times,” Brame told 247Sports. “They plan to use me a lot like Terrance Ferguson. … That’s definitely how I could see myself being used, and they say I fit in just like him.”

Hailing from Derby High School in Derby, Kansas, Brame is the first tight end to join Dan Lanning’s 2025 recruiting class. He is ranked as the No. 5 tight end nationally and the 102nd overall player according to 247Sports, making him the third-highest-ranked prospect for the Ducks in this cycle.

In his junior year, Brame recorded 46 receptions for 942 yards and 13 touchdowns over 13 games for Derby, as per MaxPreps.

With Brame’s commitment, Oregon now has 13 recruits in the 2025 class, with more potentially on the way. This group includes four-star wide receivers Dallas Wilson (TX), Cooper Perry (AZ), and Isaiah Mozee (MO); four-star running backs Dierre Hill (IL) and Jordon Davison (CA); four-star quarterback Akili Smith Jr. (CA); four-star interior offensive lineman Ziyare Addison (FL); four-star linebacker Nasir Wyatt (CA); four-star edge rusher Matthew Johnson (CA); four-star cornerback Brandon Finney; three-star offensive tackle Demetri Manning (WA); and three-star defensive tackle Josiah Sharma (CA).
