**Five-Star 2025 CB Dijon Lee Commits to Alabama Football**
Kalen DeBoer’s impressive first full recruiting class as Alabama’s head coach received a significant boost on Friday with the commitment of five-star cornerback Dijon Lee to the Crimson Tide for the 2025 class.
Lee, who plays high school football at Mission Viejo in California, chose Alabama over other top programs such as Texas and Georgia. He announced his decision live on Instagram from Mission Viejo.
Greg Biggins, a national recruiting analyst for 247Sports, praised Lee’s skills in his scouting report, noting his exceptional ability in press coverage, agility for a tall cornerback, and physicality in run support. Lee is also recognized for his intelligence and ability to read the game.
In his junior year at Mission Viejo, Lee recorded 55 tackles, 22 solo, along with two interceptions and 13 pass breakups. Standing at 6-foot-4 and 190 pounds, he is ranked as the No. 4 cornerback nationally in the 2025 class and the top player from California by the 247Sports composite.
Lee is the 20th commitment to Alabama’s 2025 class and the second cornerback, joining four-star Chuck McDonald, also from California. Additionally, Lee is the second five-star recruit in the class, alongside linebacker Darrell “Duke” Johnson.
