Done Deal: Just In Miami Hurricanes Confirm Another Major Boost As Highly Rated 5-star Commits To Canes

Miami made an offer to five-star guard Isaiah Denis of Davidson (N.C.) Day on Sunday.

“After a great talk with coach Larranaga and coach Kimble I am blessed to receive an offer from the University of Miami,” Denis announced on social media.

Denis’s current Hurricane acquaintance wrote a glowing review of him here.
Denis, who is 6-foot-5 and weighs 165 pounds, is rated 94 by 247Sports, which ranks him as the 43rd-best player and ninth-best combo guard in the 2025 class.

Prior to making waves in the spring while competing for Team CP3 on the Nike EYBL circuit, he was largely unknown. He is currently averaging 13.5 points through four sessions and has received several offers. In addition, his ranking has increased significantly; he went from being ranked 177th in the class in May to breaking into the top 50 a month later.
In the autumn, he will make three formal visits: trips to Pittsburgh on August 30, Ohio State on September 7, and Michigan on September 21.

Since the start of the spring evaluation process, he is the eighth player Miami has offered in the 2025 class.
