Good News: Just In Erik Spoelstra Confirm Major Boost With The Signing Of Another Top Experienced Star In Free Agent

**Heat Sign Former Knicks Guard**

The New York Knicks were one of the most surprising teams during the 2023-24 NBA season, with point guard Jalen Brunson emerging as a superstar and leading a team that played with heart and intensity, resulting in a solid playoff run.

Due to their success, some Knicks players attracted attention in NBA free agency. After re-signing OG Anunoby, the Knicks’ top priority, they saw center Isaiah Hartenstein sign a lucrative long-term deal with the Oklahoma City Thunder, a significant loss for their frontcourt.

However, the Knicks’ acquisition of Mikal Bridges in a blockbuster trade with the Brooklyn Nets has kept them in contention as a legitimate title threat in the Eastern Conference for next season.

In addition to Hartenstein’s departure, the Miami Heat signed free agent Alec Burks, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. While Burks may not be a game-changer for Miami, the Heat are reportedly working on landing veteran star DeMar DeRozan, who is leaving the Chicago Bulls and is available as a free agent.
