Good News: Just In Dalla Maverick Confirm To Beat Boston Celtics To The Signing Of Another Top Talented Star

Emanuel Miller, a forward, has joined the Mavericks, the organization announced. The announcement of the move coincided with the signing of Exhibit 10 player Jazian Gortman, while the terms of the agreement remained undisclosed. Miller is probably also coming to the team on an Exhibit 10 deal, which makes sense.

Miller played five collegiate seasons, first at Texas A&M and later at TCU, before going undrafted in 2024. Miller averaged 15.8 points, 6.1 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 1.1 steals in his final year of collegiate basketball. He also shot 48.6% from the field and 38.3% from beyond the arc.

Miller is one of the team’s most physically strong players, according to Mavericks summer league coach Jared Dudley, according to Mike Curtis of Dallas Morning News (Twitter link).

Miller was the 22nd-best undrafted free agent available according to ESPN. The athletes who are placed higher on the list have largely agreed to or signed two-way contracts. Miller may later convert an Exhibit 10 agreement he signed into a two-way contract. Currently holding two of the three positions on the team are Alex Fudge and Brandon Williams, so the Mavericks have one two-way contract opening.
A non-guaranteed minimum-salary contract known as an Exhibit 10 contract does not count against a team’s cap unless the player is added to the roster for the regular season. Before the season starts, it can be turned into a two-way deal. Alternatively, if the player is waived and then plays for at least sixty days with his team’s G League club, he can get a bonus of up to $77.5K.
