He also added 11-9-20 with a +2 rating in 22 games for the ECHL’s Maine Mariners.
In 124 career AHL appearances over parts of four seasons from 2020–24 with Providence and Grand Rapids, the 6-foot-3, 210-pound center scored six goals, ten assists, and 24 penalty minutes. In 30 career ECHL appearances for Maine over parts of two seasons from 2022–24, he scored 16 goals, nine assists, five penalty minutes, and a +4 rating.

Prior to starting his professional career, Hall played 52 NCAA games for Yale University from 2018–20, tallying 22 goals, 16 assists, 55 penalty minutes, and a +15 rating; in his sophomore year, Hall was selected to both the All-Ivy League Second Team and the ECAC Second All-Star Team. Hall was selected to the 2016–17 USHL All-Rookie Second Team after recording 20 goals, 32 assists, 60 penalty minutes, and a +3 rating in 113 career USHL appearances for the Youngstown Phantoms from 2016–18. Hall also competed for Team USA in the IIHF U20 World Junior Championship in 2020.

The five players that Boston chose in the 2018 NHL Draft are no longer members of the team. On June 29, 2024, Jakub Lauko—the only NHL player selected by the Bruins from the draft—was dealt to the Minnesota Wild.
