**UNC Basketball: Harrison Ingram Signs Two-Way Deal with San Antonio Spurs**
Former UNC standout Harrison Ingram has signed a Two-Way contract with the San Antonio Spurs. Ingram will kick off his professional career with the Austin Spurs in the G-League.
Selected 48th overall in the second round of the 2024 NBA Draft, Ingram showcased his skills with the Spurs’ Summer League teams in Sacramento and Las Vegas, appearing in seven games. He averaged 10 points and 6.6 rebounds per game while playing 27.8 minutes per contest. His performance reflected his Carolina days, as he consistently contributed across various aspects of the game.
Should Ingram not be promoted to the San Antonio Spurs this season, he might still receive attention from other sectors. During a game against the Chinese national team at the California Classic in Sacramento, Ingram impressed by recording his first professional double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds in a commanding 89-67 victory.
Ingram’s Two-Way contract is San Antonio’s third and final one for the season. He will join Jamaree Bouyea (San Francisco) and David Duke Jr. (Providence) in Austin. With the Spurs focusing on rebuilding around Victor Wembanyama, Ingram could have a chance to secure a spot on the main roster if the team decides to move on from veteran contracts. Keep an eye on him this season.
