Done Deal: Gregg Popovich Officially Announced The Signing Of Another Top Experienced Superstar To A Two-Way Contract Today

The San Antonio Spurs have signed rookie forward Harrison Ingram to a two-way contract, as announced by the team on Monday. Although the specifics of the contract were not disclosed, it is expected that Ingram will spend time playing for both the Spurs and their G-League affiliate, the Austin Spurs.

Ingram was selected 48th overall in the 2024 NBA Draft, following a college career that saw him play at both Stanford and the University of North Carolina. During his single season with the Tar Heels, Ingram averaged 12.2 points, 8.8 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per game, which earned him a spot on the All-ACC third team.

Prior to his time at North Carolina, Ingram played at Stanford, where he posted averages of 10.5 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 3.3 assists per game. His impressive performance in the 2021-22 season earned him the title of Pac-12 Freshman of the Year.

Ingram, who hails from Dallas, also represented the Spurs in the NBA 2K25 Summer League, where he contributed to the team’s 4-1 record.
