**Bucks Waive Jaylin Galloway; TyTy Washington Signs with Suns**
Milwaukee has parted ways with Jaylin Galloway to make room for Anžejs Pasečņiks, while TyTy Washington finds a new team.
As fans awaited Giannis Antetokounmpo’s Olympic outcome with Greece, the Milwaukee Bucks made roster moves. To accommodate the signing of Anžejs Pasečņiks on a two-way contract, the Bucks released wing Jaylin Galloway.
Galloway, who was originally signed by Milwaukee from Australia’s Sydney Kings in March on a two-way deal, never played in an NBA game for the Bucks. However, he did participate in seven games for the Wisconsin Herd in the G-League, where he averaged 4.7 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 1.4 assists in 20.4 minutes per game.
**TyTy Heads to Phoenix**
In related news, the Bucks opted not to re-sign former Kentucky guard TyTy Washington, who instead agreed to a two-way deal with the Phoenix Suns.
Washington, who played for both the Houston Rockets and the Bucks, appeared in 42 NBA games, including eleven with Milwaukee last season. The Arizona native returns to his home state after logging just 56 minutes on the court for Milwaukee, where he scored 14 points, grabbed five rebounds, and made five assists. Given the Suns’ deep guard lineup, including Devin Booker, Bradley Beal, Grayson Allen, Tyus Jones, and Damion Lee, Washington is expected to spend most of his time in the G League.
We extend our best wishes to TyTy in Phoenix and hope that Jaylin Galloway quickly finds a new opportunity, possibly returning to the Wisconsin Herd or receiving an Exhibit 10 contract from the Bucks.
