Breaking: Houston Texans Officially Waived Another Top Experienced Superstar After Requesting Max Extension

The Houston Texans have decided to release defensive tackle McTelvin Agim, according to a report by Tom Pelissero. Agim, who is 26 years old, initially made a name for himself as a four-year starter at the University of Arkansas.

He entered the NFL when the Denver Broncos picked him in the third round (95th overall) of the 2020 NFL Draft. Agim signed a four-year rookie contract with the Broncos valued at $4,533,744, which included a signing bonus of $857,270.

However, Agim’s time with the Broncos came to an end when he was waived by the team. Afterward, the Indianapolis Colts claimed him off waivers, where he had a brief stint on their active roster.

The Texans then added Agim to their roster during the offseason, but he has now become one of the early roster cuts by the team. In the 2023 season, Agim appeared in just one game before being waived by the Texans.
