The Washington Commanders have bolstered their roster by signing seasoned wide receiver Noah Brown to their active lineup. Additionally, the team has added linebacker Jalen Graham and cornerback Bobby Price to their practice squad, enhancing their depth as they prepare for the upcoming NFL season.

Noah Brown, who was initially selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the seventh round of the 2017 NFL Draft, brings significant experience to the Commanders. Over his seven-year career, Brown has appeared in 76 games, starting in 25 of them. The majority of these starts came during his time with the Cowboys, where he made a name for himself as a reliable receiver. Brown has successfully caught 59% of his targets throughout his career, accumulating 1,547 receiving yards and scoring five touchdowns.

The past two seasons have been particularly productive for Brown. During this period, he started in 20 games and recorded over 500 receiving yards and five touchdowns in each season, showcasing his ability to perform consistently at a high level. In 2023, while playing for the Houston Texans, Brown achieved a career-high with 567 receiving yards, underscoring his capability to be a valuable asset to any team’s offense.

Before entering the NFL, Brown had a notable collegiate career at Ohio State University. As a true freshman, he played as a reserve in the 2015 College Football Playoff National Championship. In 2016, he was second on the team in receptions with 32, amassing 402 yards and seven touchdowns. Brown’s performance was highlighted by a standout game against Oklahoma in Week 3, where he tied a school record with four touchdown receptions, a feat that remains one of the most memorable moments of his college career.

The addition of Noah Brown to the active roster, along with the practice squad signings of Jalen Graham and Bobby Price, reflects the Commanders’ commitment to strengthening their team as they aim for success in the upcoming season. With Brown’s experience and the promising potential of Graham and Price, the Commanders are looking to build a competitive and resilient squad.
