Done Deal: Just In Green Bay Packers Officially Announced The Signing Of Another Top Experienced QB To Active Roster

**Green Bay Packers QB Malik Willis Appears Resentful Over Trade from Tennessee Titans**

Quarterback Malik Willis, who was traded from the Tennessee Titans to the Green Bay Packers, seems to be feeling some bitterness about the move. The Titans made the unexpected trade just before the NFL roster cut deadline, sending the former third-round pick to Green Bay.

Drafted in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft, Willis was initially seen by the Titans’ management as a potential future franchise quarterback.

However, his time in Tennessee didn’t live up to those expectations. Over two seasons, the former Liberty University standout appeared in 11 games, starting three of them, but failed to throw a single touchdown pass while recording three interceptions.

While a change of scenery might have been expected to be a positive development for Willis, it seems that he wasn’t thrilled about the trade. “I didn’t wake up thinking I was going to be traded,” Willis told ESPN’s Rob Demovsky. “It definitely caught me by surprise. More than anything, you just take it for what it is. Quick turnaround, and the season’s starting. There’s no more lounging around and kinda getting ready for the season. This is what it is.”

Willis’ comments suggest that the trade was unexpected and that he is adjusting to the sudden shift as he prepares for the upcoming season with the Packers.
