Kyle Okposo, a seasoned NHL forward, officially announced his retirement from professional hockey on Thursday, as confirmed by his agent at CAA Hockey.
Okposo concludes his career on a high note, having won the Stanley Cup with the Florida Panthers in his final season. The 36-year-old contributed two assists in 10 playoff games during the team’s championship run. Throughout the regular season, he played in 67 games, splitting his time between the Buffalo Sabres and the Panthers, where he recorded 12 goals and 22 points.
