Buffalo Bills’ Quarterback Josh Allen Gives Update Regarding His Neck Injury Prior To Their Matchup Against The Miami Dolphins
According to Bills beat reporter Joe Buscaglia:

QB Josh Allen was asked about his painful neck:

“It’s good. Good to go.”

Allen is still sore, McDermott remarked ahead to Wednesday’s walk-through. Allen is anticipated to participate in some form throughout the day’s practice, just like everyone else on the 53-man roster.
“I anticipate him playing,” McDermott stated in his press conference.

Allen finished 15-of-30 passing for 169 yards with two touchdowns while also collecting 44 yards on 11 runs against the Patriots.

There Is A Lot At Stake For The Bills On Sunday.

The Bills might miss the playoffs entirely if they lose to the Dolphins. According to CBS Sports:

The Buffalo Bills have two very different possible fates as we move into the regular season finale. One alternative is they might end up with the No. 2 seed in the AFC and have a home game next week to kick off the playoffs. Another option also puts them at home next week, but it would be home on their couch watching the other playoff teams as they sit eliminated.

If the 10-6 Bills defeat the 11-5 Miami Dolphins in Week 18, they will not only make the playoffs, but also be AFC East champions.

If they lose, they will rely on what occurs with both the Pittsburgh Steelers and Jacksonville Jaguars, as well as the Houston Texans game against the Indianapolis Colts.

For the Bills to be eliminated from the playoffs, a couple things need to happen.

First, the 9-7 Steelers need to overcome the Baltimore Ravens, who are currently 13-3 and have secured the No. 1 seed. While that may sound like a reach, the Ravens will likely be resting numerous starters for much of, if not the whole game. Baltimore is coming off a 56-19 win over the Dolphins.

The 9-7 Jaguars also would need to overcome the Tennessee Titans, who stand at 5-11. The Jags are coming off a 26-0 win against the Carolina Panthers, while the Titans are coming off a 26-3 loss to the Texans.

The final element of the puzzle is the Texans and Colts game cannot conclude in a draw. The winner does not matter, but someone must win when they meet off Saturday.

The Bills will need to bring their best when they take on the Dolphins on Sunday Night Football.
