“I wants To Play for Bills” Super Winning Star Confirm He Wants To Join Buffalo Bills

Key Defender Loses to Bills in Free Agency, Per Reports from the Chiefs
The Chiefs have had an amazing offseason so far, but today they lost a significant defensive player when safety Mike Edwards signed a contract with the Buffalo Bills.

After Bryan Cook’s untimely injury, Edwards—who had been signed in the offseason—became a starter, regularly producing spectacular plays and playing a crucial role for the defense in the postseason.

Though he’ll be gone from Kansas City as a Super Bowl champion, the squad will miss him as they look to capture the Lombardi Trophy three times in a row.

News on Chiefs Roster: S Buffalo Signs Mike Edwards Bills Edwards added 12 tackles in the playoffs, including seven in the Super Bowl, to his final total of 51 stops, five deflected passes, a sack, and an interception.

When the young, rising safety went down, he immediately filled in for Cook, and the Chiefs didn’t lose a beat. It’s unfortunate to see a cherished and valuable player go in any case, but Edwards should have been given an opportunity to start and most certainly wasn’t considered in Kansas City’s long-term plans.

The former third-round pick, who now owns two Super Bowl rings, played his first four seasons in the NFL with the Buccaneers. He will look to assist the Bills in their quest for the promised land.

Respectfully, let’s hope that Edwards is not successful.

While the Bills are +1200 to win the Super Bowl, the Chiefs are +650. Though we’ve witnessed two incredible playoff games between the teams recently, Kansas City holds the advantage. It seems likely that Kansas City will see Buffalo once again, and Edwards will now get to experience the opposing viewpoint.
